Frequently asked questions

What is the maximum V2L wattage for my EV?
Hyundai/Kia E-GMP vehicles (Ioniq 5, EV6, EV9) support up to 3.6 kW (16 amps at 120V) through the charge port V2L adapter. The Ford F-150 Lightning supports up to 9.6 kW through built-in Pro Power Onboard outlets. Rivian R1T/R1S provide up to 1.5 kW through built-in 120V outlets. Tesla does not support V2L as of 2026. Always check your owner manual for exact specifications.
Can I run an induction cooktop and a coffee maker at the same time with V2L?
On an Ioniq 5 (3.6 kW max): yes. A portable induction cooktop draws ~1.5 kW, and a drip coffee maker draws ~0.9 kW, totaling 2.4 kW — under the 3.6 kW limit. On a Rivian (1.5 kW max): no, you would exceed the limit. Run one appliance at a time on lower-output V2L systems.
